Johnny Johnson sets new club record at Rainbow Lake

Johnny Johnson & amateur partner Reese Simpson take home a first place win and a new Top Ten record for the largest 5 bass limit on record. Weighing in at 15.92 lbs., Johnny's well known sight fishing abilities came into play, garnering a 1st place win and the big bass of the day weighing 4.04 lbs. A great start for the year!

2nd place went to Pro Doug Coplan and amateur Walt Coplan with 11.10 lbs. This is a great start for Doug, who managed to win the Horne Auto Battle of the Champions Championship Tournament last year.

3rd place went to Stan Culling and amateur Luke Reidhead with 10.29 lbs.
It's shaping up to be another competitive season as the top three anglers from last year are off to another fine start in the race for that elusive Angler of the Year award!
