To sign up just print and fill out the oppropiate entry form from below and send it with your check or money order for the entry fee (first tournament) and club membership($25) plus a $10 deposit for each tournament along with your name, address and phone number to:

Membership Fee is $25.00

This covers the cost of administering the club and is valid for one season.

Deposits made for each tournament are non-refundable.

Pay-Out:

Payout is payed to the top three winners.

If six or less entries exist, Pay-Out will pay 1st and 2nd place only at a 60% - 40% split.
